Get issue type tests arbitrary failing in verify action

Detailed description

Some times the test TestGetIssueType/GetIssueType_bug_with_several_labels fails in the Verify action but once you rerun the test it passes.

We don't know the steps to reproduce it on local yet.

Expected behaviour

The test should not fail arbitrary.

Thank you for reporting this. We have reviewed the current implementation and believe this intermittent test failure is related to the non-deterministic selection of issue types when multiple matching labels are present. We plan to review it together with #21 and work on a deterministic solution over the next few weeks.
