I updated the functions for feature plotting makeFeatureImportancePlot() and makeClusterBarChart()

Although the functions generate plots, I am not able to make the server plot them. I guess I am missing some connections. Any suggestion would help @eboyer221 and @amcim. Also, if you want to take the lead @eboyer221 it would save some time too.
