"google.maps.places.SearchBox" "google.maps.Marker" - Google Maps APIs deprecated

I'm receiving these warning messages, it would be nice to update the APIs to use the new ones.

As of March 1st, 2025, google.maps.places.SearchBox is not available to new customers. At this time, google.maps.places.SearchBox is not scheduled to be discontinued and will continue to receive bug fixes for any major regressions. At least 12 months notice will be given before support is discontinued. Please see https://developers.google.com/maps/legacy for additional details. Error Component Stack

As of February 21st, 2024, google.maps.Marker is deprecated. Please use google.maps.marker.AdvancedMarkerElement instead. I'm trying to at least migrate the Advanced Markers. But the migration guide on https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/advanced-markers/migration is lacking quiet a bit. a lot of the properties have been moved to the PinElement I think and there is no migration guide for that. I reported that in the documentation, I hope they will add that.

Before I invest a lot of time now figuring that out, I think I want to wait a moment and they should add this to their migration guide. Not adding this is quiet a lack in my opinion, even lazy. It's the biggest change in the deprecation and they don't mention anything about it.

But this documentations are leaving out the most important part. This only changes Marker for Advanced Marker but does not consider all the properties a marker like shape, opacity, and many more properties. I checked the ones that disapeared, those are about 7 things you were able tos et directly on the marker that now have been moved to somewher else and its not documented in the migration guide at all.

But I hoped they expand their migration guide to include on how to get from the old marker to this a bit better before I invest a lot of time.

I already replaced the GoogleMap with the OpenStreetMap, but still want to see if I can contribute something here.

Same warning from my side, any ideas if this library will support the advanced marker?
