Add monthly tracking with day-level descriptions and save-day flow - #1

Reworks the tracker around a selected-day model. Day view filters entries to the selected date and shows a warning banner with "Jump to today" when viewing a non-current day. New Save Day modal captures a per-day description (replacing the previous per-entry description). Month view lists each day with its total hours and description, and exports either a detailed log (one row per task per day) or a monthly summary (one row per day). Legacy per-entry descriptions are migrated into the corresponding day's description on load. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
