The problem is 'with all examples' the obviously might be examples where it is not the first element. But give it a shot, if this is automatic. I think we can fix the exceptions more easily.

That's fine to me.
That's also something that we can do in a longer run: fixing the examples does not require a CEN NWI or a document update ... so we can directly update master whenever we find a new one to be fixed.
