Description

Updating text in a few places to be more specific. Also ran into issues getting everything up and running; made updates that need verified by IntEng:

• Node v20-22 work in addition to v23—lowered requirement
• prepareNodeConfig sets port: 8449; we had 8547 referenced (Docker default)
• Node crashing; seems related to staking = true
• Added an optional retryable redeem ticket script
