This frontend PR is related to the Development Backend PR.

Main changes explained:

• Updated src/components/Collaboration/Collaboration.jsx
• Improved job listing heading behavior so listing text updates only after search/filter actions are applied
• Added dynamic numerical result counts to improve UX clarity
• Preserved existing pagination, dropdown filters, and search functionality
• Kept implementation minimal and isolated to avoid impacting unrelated workflows

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. Navigate to: http://localhost:5173/Collaboration
6. Type text into the search bar without clicking Go
7. Verify the heading does NOT change while typing
8. Click Go
9. Verify the heading updates with applied search results and displays result count
