clean up the goal post page

This is in preparation for the 2026 feature ranking survey.

I added relevant tickets and links when possible.

I removed the goal post More GREL options that allow for creating and using variables for your dataset for the following reasons

• The request is vague
• This was "user" suggested in the 2024-survey and we don't have more details
• Since then, no follow-up conversation has happened on the forum, and no issue has been created on GitHub

I removed the goal post Faster rendering of many columns in Record mode for the following reasons

• This was "user" suggested in the 2024-survey and we don't have more details
• Since then, no follow-up conversation has happened on the forum, and no issue has been created on GitHub
• This may be bundled into the larger "Better support of nested structure (improved record mode)" goalpost.
