Summary

openrouter-web #31432 made voice optional at the public /api/v1/audio/speech request level. Adapters that declare no voice requirement (e.g. Fish Audio) now accept omission and use a provider default, while other providers still fail without one.

Updates the voice row in the request parameter table from required to provider-dependent: optional at the API level, discover supported voices from model or endpoint metadata, and provide one explicitly when available.
