- Preserve decoded uopIdx in debug sequence numbers so PerfCCT can distinguish uops split from the same dynamic instruction.
- Update perfcct.py to parse LifeTimeCommitTrace by column names and add filters for PC, SN, UopIdx, committed records, dynamic instruction index, and per-uop latency summaries.
