- always use checkout@v6
- fix artistic-style-action
- set all delta-reports to true
- remove check-keywords-txt which is Arduino 1.8 and appears beyond repair

keywords: add arduino-cli
the check_keywords_txt requires the Arduino IDE 1.x.x to be installed. After that, a board packages needs to be installed, this calls for some travis.yml and so on.
