It seems that the SYSCFG0 fuse byte needs another 0-bit. Without it, DD-chips get easily bricked.

BTW: There appears to be a similar problem in line 249 in boards.txt for the azduino boards. I have no idea how to fix it, though.

And also present for AVR32DD28. I have an electronic organ that uses 73 of these chips. Until a recent update in IDE and/or DxCore uploading fails and leads to a bricked chip that cannot be re-bootloaded. I tried to downgrade Dxcore to 1.6.1 but same error occurs now.
One of the things I like least in IDE is that each project uses the current library set and not the one it was originally built with.
Is there a tool for a complete 'reversion'?
