Purpose

Allow users to export encrypted diagnostic system logs when submitting support tickets or Github bug reports.

Technical Spec

• Compile recent RPC responses, console warnings, and wallet extension states into a JSON file.
• Scrub private key materials and personal identification payload parameters.
• One-click 'Download Bug Report Log' action in help menu.
