Root README claimed all 5 bot commands were available to everyone — actually only 3 (/link, /whoami, /seed) are stable/global; /team and /my-teams are still beta and only in the test guild. Also softened the documentation-system pitch: the API is deployed and running, but nothing calls it in prod yet (no Discord commands, no dashboard, empty DB). Prospective users deserve to know that before they build against it. Small tweak to DEPLOYMENT-HISTORY to name the specific commands in each release channel.
