- catalog-efile-v2_2.qmd/.html: the v2.2 catalog (Jesse's qmd-template pattern), fresh S3 inventory (1,794 files incl. TY2024), and a release callout: additive-only build, no revisions to previously published filings; links to the release note, the release-notes page, and the retained v2.1 catalog. - release-notes.qmd/.html + get-release-notes.R: the data release notes page, GENERATED from nccs-contracts/governance/release-notes/ (the single authoring location) at render time - never hand-edited.
