- Objective: Architecting a standardized, BIDS-compliant Python pipeline to analyze functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) data, targeting the identification of neural biomarkers of expertise in robotic surgery.
- Signal Processing: Implementing advanced denoising techniques including Recursive PCA (rPCA) and Short-Channel Regression (OLS) to isolate cortical hemodynamics from systemic physiological noise.
- Reproducibility: Developed a modular "1:1 Reproduction" framework using MNE-Python to validate findings from Kamat et al. (2023) across four longitudinal and cross-sectional datasets.
