UI improvements to language comparison + some new features

Changes

• New features
  • Added the ability to display labels for all articles in the chart at the same time
    • The labels can be toggled on/off using the "show labels" checkbox
  • Added new "Unassessed" filter to quality filters buttons that allows users to filter articles that don't yet have a quality assessment
  • Adjusted the sizing for the bubbles in the language comparison table to be dynamically sized, similar to how the bubbles behave in the actual chart
  • Performance Improvements for large topics (threshold for a large topic is currently anything above 10k articles)
    • Added virtual list rendering for sidebar so that it doesn't cause unecessary stuttering for large topics
    • Replaced chart hover effect for large topics with a less intensive one to avoid slowdown
    • General performance improvements (optimizing out unecessary loops, improving filter speed)
