README: centered logo header with License / website / plugin badges; fix stale cortex.pages.dev → cortexes.pages.dev link. Site: logo as favicon (head) and hero mark; the logo's black ground blends into the dark theme so no treatment is needed. docs/ favicon path is rewritten to ../assets by the existing build replaceAll.
