  • add invoice status filtering to list-invoices
  • add tracking option filters to list-profit-and-loss
  • add currencyCode and currencyRate support to create-invoice
  • extend update-contact with default account codes, line amount types, and tracking categories
  • add a new add-invoice-note tool for invoice history records
