Removes all PETO writes and label-driven flight-plan mutation, which were causing issues with vatSys. The hold exit time is now optional and informational: it can be set from the label or the list menu, cleared by middle-clicking it in the list, and is written back to the label when set from the menu.

After exiting a hold, the remaining route appears to be completed, so tracks can't be handed off
