Ran discover_agents.py (561 found, 416 novel, 381 pre-checked), filtered against the strict inclusion rubric and verified survivors via the GitHub API. The 2026 ai-agent topic space is heavily star-farmed (top results are awesome-lists, skills, format specs, tools-for-agents); this report cuts through that to genuine first-party agents. Recommended (P1, verified real agents, OSS-licensed, credible/age-credible): II-Agent, Integuru, DeepAnalyze, Grok CLI. Manual-review (P2/P3): GenericAgent, Vibe-Trading (HKUDS), BettaFish, Nexent. Rejections noted with reasons (oh-my-openagent no-license+wrapper, star-farmed/stale repos, tools-for-agents). Companion JSON has copy-ready agents.json entries; packages verified against live PyPI/npm. agents.json unchanged — discovery proposes, owner decides.
