Adds the

Gives Agent Zero its own Obsidian vault:
obsidian-clito read, create, search, and organize markdown notes, daily notes, and tasks in an A0-owned vault that persists outside the plugin (preserved on uninstall)Cleanup-safe install (marker-tracked; only removes what it installed). One plugin folder:
plugins/obsidian/(index.yaml + thumbnail).
