Replaced 27 PNG images with WebP across all development section pages (Developer Portal, Integrations, Startups, Universities, Grants). Average size reduction 84-96%. Updated all image references in the corresponding page components. Pages affected: - Developer Portal: tool cards (5) + section images (7) - Integrations: hero, partner images, get-started cards (6) - Startups: hero + case study images (3) - Universities: hero, video, program images (3) - Grants: card images (3) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
