docs: fix TMKMS verification list formatting

• remove unclosed bold markers from TMKMS and validator log checklist items
• preserve code formatting for the log strings readers should look for

• scanned the TMKMS stunnel page for odd-numbered bold markers
• ran git diff --check

Closing this as redundant with #1162, which already fixes the same TMKMS verification-list formatting while updating this page. Avoiding a duplicate/conflicting PR.
