• replace the stale AEP-24 v0.24.0 upgrade-docs URL with the archived guide in the official akash-network/docs repository

Verification

• confirmed the current AEP link redirects to the docs root instead of the guide: https://docs.akash.network/akash-v0.24.0-network-upgrade/v0.24.0-upgrade-docs -> https://akash.network/docs/
• confirmed the migrated current-site path 404s: https://akash.network/docs/akash-v0.24.0-network-upgrade/v0.24.0-upgrade-docs
• confirmed the replacement resolves with HTTP 200 and contains the v0.24.0 guide, upgrade height 12606074, release notes, and binary links
• ran git diff --check

Closing this wrong-repo AEP mirror PR per maintainer guidance. I am not recreating it in AEP because the original upgrade-doc URL returns 200 as of the re-audit, so this is no longer a verified broken link.
