Major version mismatch across NestJS peer dependencies

@nestjs/core is bumped to ^11.1.18 while @nestjs/common remains at ^9.2.1 and @nestjs/platform-express at ^9.2.1. NestJS core v11 requires @nestjs/common ^11.0.0 as a peer dependency, so this version combination will fail to install (peer dependency conflict) or cause runtime errors due to major breaking changes between v9 and v11. All NestJS packages need to be upgraded together.
