This pull request updates the default version of Chromium and ChromeDriver to 153.0.7980.0 across multiple Bazel module lockfiles and version definition files, updating the corresponding URLs, SHA256 hashes, and integrity hashes for Linux, macOS, and Windows platforms. I have no feedback to provide as these changes are standard dependency updates.
