Upstream removed the test-only Milo dependency (chore/cleanup apache#2685) and reimplemented struct support on the self-built SecureChannel stack. This makes the earlier YOFC revert of upstream opcua files to Milo 1.1.4 compatible versions (934e171) obsolete; the merge left a hybrid that did not compile (upstream OpcuaConnection vs. reverted SecureChannel, OpcuaTag and generated readwrite classes). - Restore upstream versions of all opcua main/test/generated sources - Restore RawBinaryExtensionObjectWithMask.java deleted by 934e171 - Delete dead YOFC OpcuaPlcValueHandler: NULL-typed tags are now handled in OpcuaConnection (skips type override for PlcValueType.NULL) and the spi-values DefaultPlcValueHandler fix
