kaia-1entry toaxelar-chains-config/info/testnet.json, defining Kaia Kairos Testnet RPC/chain metadata and wiring in deployed EVM contract addresses forAxelarGateway,AxelarGasService,Operators, and ITS (InterchainTokenService/InterchainTokenFactory).Updates Axelar-side mappings to recognize
