fantomentry from bothinfo/stagenet.jsonandinfo/testnet.json, and deleting allmemento-democonfiguration blocks frominfo/testnet.json(including its amplifier contract metadata).No other chain configurations are modified; this PR is strictly removing these networks from the published configs.
