@nik498, I appreciate that you tried to improve the German translation. 'Quelloffen' is a proper German wording but you are right, 'open-source' is also commonly used. 'Aus reisen' and 'ausreisen' are however very different from another and 'aus reisen' is correct in this context.
I made a more thorough translation in a new pull request which is why this pull request can be closed.

This PR corrects a few mistakes in the German translation. Feel free to comment and correct as I am not a native speaker. As far as I know, quelloffen doesn't exist, the English term is widely used.
