Adds a BTCLND(BTC) subclass that talks to the new BTCLND daemon. It shares the BTC interface but advertises hot_wallet_only, lightning by default, Tor support, and zero-conf support, and routes the private flag through to open_channel. The btc.py change drops the private kwarg from BTC.open_channel since the upstream Electrum daemon does not accept it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
