Merge VidalMPS into MPS

•  implement canonize! for the VidalGauge and between other CanonicalForms
•  implement simple_update! for the VidalGauge
•  add a "local canonicity" measure
•  specialize schmidt_values! for VidalGauge
•  specialize compress! for VidalGauge
•  specialize norm for VidalGauge
• specialize normalize! for VidalGauge
• specialize sample for VidalGauge move it to new issue
• test
