download_occurrences.sh - Takes a list of catalog numbers and grabs data from a downloaded DwC archive. Puts into a new file.
reformat-DwC-to-CIB.R - Formats based on CIB formatting, reorders based on the list from the catalog number download. Reports missing data.
Note: need to add empty cells back in datasheet manually.
