Zenodo DOI Hook

This "release" provides access to Zenodo so that a DOI can be produced. The code in this master branch corresponds to code tagged UnchartedV3 in the kwalcock-17k branch which included extra scripts to process large collections of files. The code for processing the individual files is the same (except for configuration settings).
