Remove the configuration of the legacy CUDA workflows

PR description:

Remove the process modifiers gpu, gpuVaidation, gpuValidationPixel, gpuValidationEcal and gpuValidationHcal.

Remove the use of SwitchProducerCUDA, where possible.

Update the reconstruction and DQM configurations accordingly.

PR validation:

Unit tests and matrix tests should pass.
