test successful. Bot properly used the old code format file ( from release). So hopefully when we merge #50060 and if it is not available in the IB used for code-checks then bot can revert to old code-formats to avoid suggesting unnessary changes. Once an IB with new LLVM21 is available then we can revert the bot change |

please ignore. Just for testing code format which might run using CMSSW_16_1_X_2026-02-06-1100 IB ( with old code-format) and change suggested in #50060.
