Language is not the same as store

• figure out what are ids of all stores (Apple/Google)
• make sure we support all of them, even if language name does not match store name

Hi!
I'm using the lib for iOS app.
I've commented some lines in setup_languages in order to avoid "Unknown language code" when using codes for all app stores.
Also, here is a list of codes of all apple app stores.
