This probably never actually got fixed on RHEL-8. We closed it in fa51125 ("naughty: Close 4672: setroubleshootd interrupts pending D-Bus calls with its idle timer") but at least for rhel-8 that was probably helped by a timing change rather than the underlying thing actually being fixed.
