When adding a new virtual network interface (bond,bridge,vpn) don't activate it directly but allow a system administrator to configure it. This behaviour is similar to what GNOME does when adding new network interfaces. Closes: https://redhat.atlassian.net/browse/RHEL-34153
In Testing Farm the Add Team button is not shown so first wait for the page to load then wait on the team button to load.

networkmanager: Don't activate virtual network interfaces by default
To allow system administrators to fully configure the interfaces before activating them (such as VLAN), network interfaces are now disabled by default.
