"latest" tags not created; must know named tag

The currently available toolchain containers are tagged 2.1 , but there is no latest tag. This means a novice user will not be able to simply docker pull crops/toolchain-i586, for instance. Instead, they must know to use docker pull crops/toolchain-i586:2.1.
