I'd prefer that we pull the latest version of https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/dictionaries into this repo. They are unified there.
You can do this like this:
git subtree pull --prefix dictionaries https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/dictionaries.git v9.3.0.140 --squash
