Severity: MEDIUM Vulnerability: Raw exception messages were returned in 500 error responses from the `/trigger` endpoint, potentially exposing internal stack traces or database schema details. Impact: An attacker could glean sensitive information about the application's internal structure and state to craft further attacks. Fix: Modified `trigger_insights` to log the detailed exception server-side with `logger.exception` and return a generic "Alert engine execution failed" message to the client.
