Related to dorny#100 (can't say it fixes it, but at least clarifies usage), this PR adds a section to the docs to explain how to handle using this action in a workflow triggered by a [`schedule` event][1]. [1]: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/events-that-trigger-workflows#schedule
