It may be tough to get this working as this repo tends to only service at HEAD of main

Yeah, this one isn't easy. It appears that we don't necessarily need this change in this repo, and several others that are failing checks and require significant infra modifications. I will move this one to draft and likely close later this week. |

source-build-reference-packagesrepo was renamed tosource-build-assets. To enable VMR/source-build scenarios this reference needs to be updated. This also updates the version as the new repo produced a new package.
