docs(roles): sort members alphabetically and update contributor info

Description

This pull request updates the community roles documentation by correcting and reorganizing the lists of Approvers, Maintainers, Members, and Emeritus roles. The main focus is on fixing ordering, updating affiliations, and ensuring consistency in names and organizations across the project documentation.

Community role list corrections and updates:

Approvers:

• Corrected the order of entries and ensured all current approvers are listed with the right affiliations in Approvers.md.

Maintainers:

• Updated the Maintainers.md file to reflect accurate names, emails, and company affiliations for maintainers, including correcting duplicate or misplaced entries and updating organizations where individuals have changed companies.
• Updated the Emeritus Maintainers section to correct names and affiliations, ensuring consistency with the rest of the documentation.

Members:

• Fixed the ordering of entries in the Members.md file and restored previously removed members, ensuring all current members are accurately represented.
• Fixed a minor formatting issue in the Emeritus Members section by adjusting the table header for consistency.
