COMMUNITY_LADDER.mdto require submitting a PR toMEMBERS.mdinstead ofmembers.yaml, reflecting a switch to markdown-based member tracking.MEMBERS.mdfile that lists new community members in a markdown table, starting from July 2025, and provides references to relevant governance and membership documentation.Formatting and minor cleanup:
