Due to some political shenanigans overseas, a few Nonograph pages hit over 1 Million pages requested in a single day.
Something broke and that page started 404'ing while other pages and everything else remained functional.
Restarting the server fixed whatever the issue was. Goal: Find and fix the issue without killing prod.
