Summary

This PR pulls region and hosting info out of Supported models into its own page under EIS so it’s easier to find in the nav.

  • Adds eis-region-and-hosting.md and lists it in the EIS section of the TOC
  • Leaves a short link on the supported models page instead of the full section
  • Updates the self-managed clusters doc link and adds a redirect for the old #eis-regions anchor

Related issue: #6733

Thanks @kosabogi !

Just to put this into context, all of the EIS info was previously on https://www.elastic.co/docs/explore-analyze/elastic-inference/eis

Then the "Supported models" sub page was added with all the model tables on it.

However, it also got the sections which followed: Region & Hosting, Rate Limits, & Pricing.

I think we can either move all three of those sections back up to the top level page again, or consider having sub-pages, or a combined approach.

My preference would be to move the Pricing section up to the top level page, and to have a new Rate Limits sub-page, alongside the Region & Hosting sub-page in this PR.

Thanks, Sean! I applied your suggestions:

  • Moved the Pricing section to the top-level page
  • Created a new Rate Limits subpage

Let me know how it looks now.
