Adds a filter description label to the session picker header that explains which filters are currently limiting the displayed sessions.

• New sessionBarFilterLabel function generates a human-readable description of active filters (date range, repository, status, sources) that mirrors sessionBarQuery exactly
• When the nav is open, the picker header now shows the filter description instead of session metadata, answering "where are the rest of my sessions?"
• Returns null when no filters are applied; otherwise builds a string like "filtering to repo · last 7 days · unfinished"
